This website is intended for fast reference use. Highline Listings LLC DBA , Parts Breakers & Jeeps Unlimited hereby warrants to the purchaser that all parts are serviceable and functional. If a part is found to be defective within 90 days from date of purchase, Parts Breakers or Jeeps Unlimited shall at its discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund. Parts, not defective which are returned for whatever reason are subject to a 30% restocking charge AND shipping and or freight charges are not refundable. All returned parts must be accompanied by a sales receipt. No refund is given after 48 hours of the original payment invoice.

  1. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage or any other costs in stalling or reinstalling a part.
  2. All Sales are Final, order cancelations must be received within 48 hours of invoice time stamp. Any parts with freight shipping such as frames, tubs/body’s, Engines, Transmissions, Hard Tops, Axles, or other large freight items can be returned at buyers expense with 30% restocking fees.
  3. Exchange parts must be turned in at the time of purchase, or a core deposit will be made. The core deposit will be refunded if exchange parts are brought in within 30 days.
  4. Engines and transmissions come with a 90-day warranty if installed by a certified repair shop and all recommended seals and gaskets replaced.
    Transmissions, transaxles and differentials are guaranteed to work properly. We recommend new oil seals and gasket to be installed before installation whenever appropriate in engines, transmissions, transaxles and differentials. We do not guarantee against oil leaks.
  5. Some motor and cylinder heads have heat tabs installed on them. If the center of a heat tab is melted out, the guarantee is voided.
  6. Claims for adjustments due to defective parts must be made within 48 hours of time of purchase, unless other specific arrangements were made at time of purchase.
  7. The warranty shall be void if the part or parts are not returned to us in the same condition in which they are sold, or do not bear the identifying mark which appears on all Parts Breakers or Jeeps Unlimited parts. All returned parts must be accompanied by a sales receipt. We shall not be held responsible for any parts which have been altered, modified, disassembled or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase. All parts are guaranteed for stock installation only.
  8. Electrical parts are guaranteed to work at the time of purchase. They are not guaranteed to solve your electrical problems, and we accept no responsibility for improper installation or diagnosis.
  9. When the buyer originally paid by check, refunds will be paid by check 15 working days from the date the customer’s check was accepted.

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 48 hours.  Prices displayed are in US dollars.

What shipping rates and methods are available?

Domestic
We ship through USPS for parts weighing 1 lb. or less.
For heavier shipments, we ship through Fedex Ground service. Rates are based on weight, package size and delivery location.
For freight and bulk items, we ship through YRC carrier.

International shipping
International orders are shipped through Fedex International and DHL.  Delivery takes 7-15 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 1-2 days for parts processing. Sometimes we have to remove a part from a standing vehicle. Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout you can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 15 business days following its confirmation, depending on your location.

When is the amount debited from my credit card?

Your credit card will be debited when we ship your package.

What’s your refund / return policy?

You can return your items within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund. Parts must be in original shipping condition when sent. Please allow 5 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise; a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.  We offer a 90 day warranty on all parts.
